With spelt.
Dark golden blonde color, beautiful. A white head, more than decent. After all, good appearance.
Fresh smel, with an hint of light tartness, probably from the spelt. Unripe fruitness, peach, tangerine. Flowers (jasmine?).
Again fruity at the taste, with points of sweetness, almost sugary,tangerine-like. Not bad.
Light body, good aftertaste, again on the sweet side, but with that ligth tart note that makes it very drinkable.
