I had this beer on-tap in a snifter at the Northside KettleHouse taproom. This is billed as their "Apollo apricot bongwater".
Appearance: medium golden hue with a moderate cloudiness and a thin layer of ivory foam.
Smell: sweet and tart, a little buttery, with a dash of fruitiness. I like it.
Taste: quite tart up front with a bit of a nondescript fruitiness and rather a bit much butteriness. Still, a nice sour.
Mouthfeel: medium body with a decent carbonation and creaminess.
Overall: tart and refreshing. I could use less diacetyl, but it's still a damn drinkable beer.
