From a 16oz can. Canned on 06/03/2025.
Murky lemon looking pour. There's a huge carbonation stream rising in the glass. 3 finger white frothy head. Great retention and some lacing on the glass.
There's just a huge citrus hit in the aroma. Tons of lemon and lime. Faint hint of salt does hit my nose.
Tasty citrus flavor. Tons of lemon and lime. Hint of salt adds to the flavor.
The body is so bubbly feeling. Full feeling. Crisp and clean.
This is refreshing on a hot day.

from a 4-pack picked up at Harvest Foods in Ronan, MT; 'lemon lime beer w/ salt'
16oz can poured into a Council Belgian-style tulip
P hazy dark-ish orange; 1f slightly off-white head that quickly recedes; lots of active carb (bubbles coat the sides of the glass)
N med-bold, sharp sweet margarita mix, lime, and an underlaying crackery malt; pleasant
T lots of lime tartness over hearty crackery malt; very light sweetness to balance it out
Mf med-bodied w/ med-high carb; coats the back of the tongue
O I dig the nose more than the profile itself, but all in all I thought it was decent; not my usual style, but not bad offering to try nonetheless

this really impressed me, seems like a lot of this sort of thing out there these days, but this one is striking in that it seems to use real fruit, not some lime extract or whatever, really authentic tangy lime profile to this, and the addition of lemons gives it even more clean bright acidity and makes everything pop, i love the use of both fruits, it definitely comes closer to the cocktail than most of these ever do. the base beer is light, but not too light, with some light wheaty haze and a little dry cereal character underneath the peppy citrus to keep it beery enough. the lactic souring is tidy and is real compatible with the fruit, and the ferment is dry and clean, so this really is drinkable and zippy. its not too sour to drink a few of, but its definitely got some acidity. to me its nice and summery and refreshing. the salt is cool too, its bold enough to really dry this out, and it does that salt rim margarita thing its trying to do, i love that this is so obvious in the drink, great proportions here. the intangibles are also here, its effervescent, dry, and frothy feeling, and each sip makes me crave another one, as zesty in taste as it is in aroma. really good, spot on for summer, leagues better than most of its peers playing in this space, and something i could see myself drinking regularly through the hot months if it were available in boise. really well done. i shouldnt be surprised, i love these guys, but this one is even ahead of high expectations for me. loved it!
