2021 vintage.
A - Pitch black pour with no lacing or carbonation.
S - Mild chocolate roast along with light vanilla.
T - Chocolate roast, oak, vanilla over top, and just the right amount of Bourbon underneath. Finishes nicely balanced with lingering chocolate brownie with a little bit of roastiness, Bourbon, vanilla.
M - Light syrupy body, light warming on the way down, slightly wet on the finish.
O - The ABV is very well hidden in this big beer. This is an under the radar big Stout worth checking out.
