From a 4-pack picked up at Costco in Missoula, MT
16oz can poured into a La Fin du Monde tulip
P cloudy darkish orange w/ a 3f foamy slightly off-white head; looks nice; med amount of spotty lacing left behind
N a med-bold inviting nose of sweet orange, pineapple, and vanilla
T melon and orange notes with a very light sweetness; moderately hearty biscuity malt supports; leafiness and melon in the finish w/ some pineapple tanginess; a touch of caramel beneath; not bad at all
Mf med to med-full bodied w/ med-high carb
O a nicely done double IPA in the vein of traditional NE IPAs, imo (more balanced/less sweet); good drinkability as well

Canned on:
Many thx to muchloveforhops3 for this can!
A - Opaque golden tan color with a dense layer of creamy bright white foam.
S - Big juicy, tropical fruit and pineapple forward nose.
T - Just like the nose - tropical fruit and pineapple abounds on the palate, very light malt base in the background, and very fruit forward with minimal bitterness (but just enough).
M - Pillowy soft and chewy.
O - This is a solid D-IPA and really glad for the opportunity to try this one!
