Poured form a can into a pint glass
Appearance -The beer pours a lightly hazed golden color with a tall head of white foam. The head has a good level of retention, fading over time and leaving a good sum of foamy lace on the sides of the glass.
Smell – The aroma is heavy of a grainy smell mixed with a good showing of yeast and some notes of bready wheat smell. Along with these comes a very light apricot and a touch of caramel.
Taste -The taste begins with big grainy cracker flavor mixed with a good showing of yeast and a touch of herbal and earthy hop. As the taste advances notes of caramel come and go, and with a touch of must and hay, one is left with a crisp and grainy taste to linger on the tongue.
Mouthfeel – The body of the brew is crisp and light with a moderate carbonation level.
Overall – A rather nice pilsner overall. Very easy drinking with a rather large grainy presence and not too much sweet.

From a 4-pack picked up at Town Pump in Ronan, MT
16oz can poured into a Lolo Peak Belgian-style tulip
P clear gold w/ a 1-2f white head; med active carb; heavy webby lace left behind
N med to med bold nose of zesty grassy and herbal notes, sweet honeysuckle, cracker; pleasant
T grassy/herbal and earthy/floral notes w/ some dryness; a bit of sharp citrus; crackery malt supports; definitely a nice, vibrant profile
Mf light-med bodied w/ med-high carb; fairly crisp, yet satisfying
O really solid Czech pilsner- flavorful and easy-drinking; exceeded my expectations
