I had this on-tap at the brewery restaurant on March 19, 2006.
A: Golden bronze, plenty of head, not much retention, some lace.
S: Bready, caramel malt.
T: Sweet, bread & caramel, somewhat spicy (earthy, grassy), very little bitterness.
M: Light to moderate body, moderate carbonation.
D: Very approachable, but I little on the sweet side for a serious session.

Attractive medium-copper color, with a good, tan, frothy head, which lasts real well and leaves good lacing. Nose is light, mild and malty...yet a bit too mild. Real good body, yet a slight touch of prickliness on the tongue. Very good malt backbone here, with sweetness and hints of caramel. Has a nice, easy finish. Goes down very well!!
