Thanks to our friends at De Koninck Brewery, we brewed up a summery ale bursting with key lime and whole lemons that mingle with the fragrance of hibiscus, rose petals and strawberry-tinged Mistral hops. Open up and let Belgian summer bloom.

12 oz. poured into a snifter. Beer pours a hazy gold color with a 1/2 inch head. Scent is mostly strawberry, bubblegum, belgian yeast, and other citrus smells. Taste is pretty unique-- strawberry and lemon mostly, but slightly sour. Hops come out in the end of the mouthful. Low carbonation, light feel, well balanced, and complex-- the name is perfect for this beer as the remaining aftertaste reminds me of a flower, which is strange to describe a beer like this but it is true!
Got this for $12.99 for a 4pack. This is certainly a unique beer, I am yet to taste anything like it on the market. This beer would be interesting in the summer.

Poured from a single-serve bottle into a tulip
Pours nearly clear, with a two finger head that dissipates fairly quickly but leaves behind excellent foamy lacing around the edge of the glass. Ample amounts of some big bubbles display good carbonation.
Floral, citrus, and white fruit (pear/apple) aromas all hit the nose immediately, but there is plenty of crackery yeast, biscuit, and white pepper. Plenty of complexity--I just wish the aroma had a little more punch--it seems to hold back.
The flavor has all the nose promised, augmented with some solid funk. Plenty of citrus and pear/apple flavor, with a touch of strawberry, kiwi, and floral/herbal flavors.
The mouthfeel is solid, but falls one notch short of the crisp, clean, carbonated finish I was looking forward to. Still, it's a nice, smooth, medium-bodied finish.
Overall, this is a good unique beer that is worth trying for sure.

Light and mildly citrus. Overall easy to drink seems like it should be lower ABV than it is. Lemon is very pronounced. For a new Belgium sour. The le terroir is much better

A 12 fl oz bottle with an enjoy by date of 25th June 2017. Poured into a Lost Abbey teku glass.
Appearance: A lightly hazy golden colour with a two finger white head that had decent retention and left lots of nice lacing.
Aroma: Bready malt, honey, citrusy lemon with hints of flowers.
Taste: Tangy and sweet citrusy orange and lemon, bready malt with a light herbal and flowery flavour.
Mouthfeel: Light bodied with moderate carbonation.
Overall: This was refreshing and very easy to drink. I’m surprised its 7.4% ABV as it felt like something easily under 5%. Great for a hot summers day.
