Well hydrated pale piss yellow with a tall, bright white head of dense foam. Only slightly hazy compared to others, semi clear actually.
Aroma is husk grains and weak lemonade - other faint fruit notes but entirely uninspiring nose.
The flavor is equally wimpy with very little hop bite - embarrassing to call this an IPA.
Body is light bordering on medium and the finish is just dry with a hint of citrus in the burps.

 

This beer is sold for $3 at most 711's. I think for a craft beer at 711, this is amazing. For a rating as a real beer, its also solid. I think the 88 rating Beer Advocate has given it, is just about accurate.

 

New Belgium's Juicy Haze IPA is self described as an IPA brewed with spice. I'm not quite sure what that means as it looks to be a hazy straw color with a white head and a fruity aromatic nose. There's a flavor that's trying to be sweet and gets about halfway before a gritty flavor/texture takes over. It's not terrible, but I expected more from a self described juicy IPA, especially when they make some other juicier beers.

 

 

Poured from a 19.2 oz can with a best before date of 10/01/23 into a shaker pint glass.
L - Poured a hazy orange color with a fluffy white head.
S - Smells of citrus.
T - Tastes matches the smell, citrusy with bitterness on the lighter side.
F - Soft feel with a medium body and carbonation.
O - Pretty easy drinking IPA for a 7.5 % IPA.

I tried this beer one afternoon and absolutely loved it. Light, slight tinge of fruit taste, did not bloat my stomach, alcohol level is perfect. Great job!!

I don't tend to like the New Belgium beers because they are a little too piney for me but this one was alright, maybe because I enjoyed it with some salty snacks.

This is yet another hazy IPA - nothing stands out about it. It's perfectly drinkable and I liked it fine, but there's not a lot to say here because it's just like every other hazy out there. It is a touch higher ABV than most, checking in at 7.5%, so be aware of that. But I didn't really get the fullness of flavor that usually comes with an ABV at that point.
