Crystal clear, straw to gold color. Good starting head that leaves several spots on the glass.
The aroma is slightly sour with a bit beef stew in the background. Not what I was expecting from the style.
The flavor is much improved. There's a light malty sweetness upfront. The rest of this component is grassy but not grainy until the swallow. This is not overhopped, but there's enough bitter flavor to give it balance. Dry finish with a moderate length aftertaste. The body and carbonation is quite accurate.
