With hints of caramel in the nose and a touch of spice, this slightly sweet, malty session ale is conditioned with nitrogen to impart a smooth, creamy texture and the classic “cascading effect” leading to a silky finish. With its unique flavor profile, it has become affectionately known as the “cream soda for adults”.

Taster at CopenRoss. Light amber with a tigh, creamy head. Aroma doesn't provide any clues , taste comes in with a nice nutty quality, caramel. Incredibly smooth.

Look: Perfectly crystal clear dark amber. Three fingers of thick white nitro head with seemingly endless retention.
Smell: Somewhat savory malt with a spicy bite.
Taste: Sweet, biscuity malt infused with Christmas spices.
Mouthfeel: Smooth, creamy body with a soft fizziness.
Overall: A surprisingly complex session ale that looks gorgeous in a glass.

Look is a clear amber gold with typical nitro head.
Smell is caramel, slight malt, and very light hops. Mild floral notes.
Taste is light but follows the nose well. There is a tinge of spice and even a nice hint of tobacco.
Feel... it's nitro.
Overall a very pleasant beer. Easy drinking for the summer. Enjoyable and just a good beer.
