Crisp IPA is the first installment in our Rotational IPA Series. Bright, clean and absolutely delicious. This beer is just incredible. Really. Crispier than a bite from a fresh apple while frolicking in a frosty field under a new moon. Weigh your taste buds down? Nope. This IPA will lift you up on a one-way flight to crispy town. It’s also gluten reduced, which is nice: no unnecessary baggage. And did we mention its crisp? So crisp.

Light golden color, not malty or sweet. The "crisp" taste for me was closer to pears than apples. Nice aroma, but neither pears or apples. Hops? Chinook, Amarillo Simcoe, Ekuanot claimed. The aftertaste is bold and lingering, which seems odd for only 32 IBU. Their website says 7% ABV, can says 6.8% and I feel it might be lower. Very nice effort, kudos to the brewery! I like it a lot better than Hop Ottin' IPA.

Pint at Westside Taphouse in West Salem OR.
$6.00
Slightly hazed golden body with a small clingy white head.
Nice white grape and nectarine hop aromas.
Taste is similar, fruity and even a nice yeastiness.
Mouth feel is medium with medium carbonation. A little bit sticky in the end.
Nice Cold style IPA

Very good IPA. Tasty crisp just like the name. Drinkable, more than one.
