On tap at AVBC, for breakfast after the Boonville Fest. These guys can make a nice stout and this RIS was no exception. Jet black in color with a light brown head. Roasty aroma with coffee and alcohol noticeable. Flavor is roasted malt, coffee, chocolate, dark fruits, and a little alcohol on the finish. Creamy, full palate. Not a standout but very solid.
