Presented in a shaker glass,the ale appears a hazed muted straw yellow with a slight pink hue and about a finger of white/rose colored foam. Nose and flavor consist of pleasant berries (strawberries), as well as mixed berry jam, lightly toasted grain, yeasty biscuits, and a decent caramelized malt back. The ale is just about a notch better than medium bodied, crisp and quenching with ample carbonation. Not a bad attempt, I'd order it again.
