On tap at McNellies in OKC. This is COOP's pro-am entry for this years GABF. I've heard a few different names thrown out there for this beer, but this is how it was listed on the menu so "Sanchez Pro-Am" it is until I see something official. ABV unknown.
Pours a hazed gold with a healthy build of white foam that manages to stay intact through the whole glass. Carbonation is spot on. Nice spicy Belgian yeast notes carry the beer. Clove, nutmeg, coriander. Slightly doughy but otherwise clean malt profile with just enough grassy hop character to keep an even balance. Fuller bodied and sweeter than expected, maybe a bit too much for the style.
This should represent COOP and Oklahoma well at GABF. Good luck!
