You could make a good argument against my choice of style. It is partially sentimental because the brewery's name is the same. But, this might be an American Adjunct because it has corn; but then, the beer packages itself as Mexican and corn is key to the diet. In truth, this probably is closest to an American Lager for low alcohol, low hops and modest body; but sentiment comes to play again as the low alcohol is the state of Utah acting out, the low hops are desired (IMHO) and the modest body suits this hot day in Zion.

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
