Appears honey golden with yeast suspended, off white thicket of head which leaves behind Belgian style lacing.
Aroma has some spicy rye notes with fruity Belgian yeast esters which are actually quite pleasant. Floral, honey, and toasted caramel in the nose as it warms a bit.
Flavor has peppery yeast notes sliced red apple and spicy rye with Belgian yeast spice!
Mouthfeel has effervescent Belgian style carbonation, which goes down incredibly smooth!
Overall a well crafted beer worthy to experience, a lot of white grape notes comparable to a German Riesling!
