Mostly clear amber nearing candle apple red with an off-white, almost pink head.
Unsurprisingly medicinal, it seems more cherry than blueberry, even rooty and herbally bitter, almost acrid, yet toasty as well.
It has a nice carbonation, but just an unpleasant flavor.

Stovetop can poured into a pint
Pours amber color with a pink hue, one finger white head reduces to a ring. Smells of blueberries, honey, booze, tastes of sweet malt, honey, blueberry syrup. Medium body with moderate carbonation, foamy mouthfeel and finish

I'm saying this as a FatHeads fan and someone who picks up their HeadHunter IPA at least once a month - this one didn't hit the mark for me, but I hope this review will encourage people to still try FatHeads but maybe give them another shot if you don't like this particular flavor.
The smell is absolutely fantastic, but the flavor doesn't have a distinct blueberry flavor to me unfortunately. I find the initial taste is too much ammonia and flat tasting, but after the initial shock there is a pleasant but not blueberry-enough flavor there for me. The aftertaste isn't unpleasant but isn't as mouthwatering as other beers by FatHeads.
Overall: Try it if you really enjoy high ABV shandies and fruit beers. If you're expecting a blueberry pie, this probably isn't it.

Against better judgment, not one, but two twelve ounce cans were emptied entirely into a clear glass liter mug. Even at room temperature, the pours did not produce any excessive foam. There's a definite blueberry aroma in the air. Its color is lightly copper-amber and it's quite to the translucent side of that scale. The head lasted less than a minute. Likely, it was off-white. Other than blueberry, there's something alienating from the taste. Maybe it's the alcohol, maybe it's the honey or the way both combine with the standard beer ingredients. The best to be said, it tastes a little better than a blueberry beer with a shot of whiskey dropped into it. Unfortunately, the taste of the blueberry is not as impressive as blueberry was to the smell. Too much of the taste is alcohol sweetened by honey. The mouthfeel isn't close to being up to carrying everything. Of course, there was no glass lacing. Overall, it's a rather unpleasant way to get a beer buzz.

Look: Pinkish amber. Clear that blueberries are in the mix.
Smell: Malty, notes of berries. Definitely some boozy character, but nothing terribly overpowering.
Taste: True to its name and description, this is a fuller, boozier bumble berry. Sweet but not unpleasant, with an extra bite from the alcohol.
Feel: As someone who prefers fuller, darker beers, it is refreshing to have as boozy of a beer with a light mouth feel.
Overall: One of my go-to baseball game beers, given the fact that it feels light but still manages to pack a flavorable punch It's nice to have a boozier fruit beer out there in the Northeast Ohio market.

Tall can from Ohio served in a tall nonic.
Appearance. Clear, bluish copper colored body with a decent white head.
There's plenty of berry in the nose, with a corresponding amount of blueberry jam in the flavor. The high ABV mainly impacts the mouthfeel and the aroma.
Overall. Good choice for an Imperial blueberry.
