An anniversary saison brewed differently each year to commereate the first beer ever brewed at Fat Head’s. This time being the first brew on the new 15 barrel pilot system. (We are putting Matt back to work) This version uses a blend of yeast, Mosaic and Citra hops; creating a spicy, fruity, and juicy smooth flavor.
