An easy drinking gold ale reminiscent of American pilsners. Finished with Saaz hops for a clean, refreshing taste.

on-tap at the brewpub.
Served as a pale yellow colored beer with modest white puffy head.
Malt is evident in the nose with a restrained hop presence also noted.
Taste shows a nice maltiness and the hop background present a good balance.
Finish is a bit thin.
An easy drinking beer.

On tap at the Stuart, FL location. The "palest" pale ale I have ever seen. Shiny yellow color. Transparent. Faint fizzy white head. Smell of artificial popcorn butter. Taste was dominated by the same sweet buttery presence. Corn water. Slick and sweet. Really tasted like a standard american lager. Supercharged and fizzy. Sweet aftertaste lingered. Advertised using Saaz hops. I didn't know they were used in pale ales. I'm not being sarcastic, I really didn't know that. A real bummer.
