330ml bottle. Dinckel Acker Lager glass. Enjoyed on mar´13. Brigh amber color, cloudy appearance. White head is froth to creamy. Good retention. Nice rings & spots on sides as well as thin lasting to the end layer on top. Tropical fruit, yeast & candy aromas, subtle bread & sweet malt hues to the nose. Malty & smooth upfront then a citric bitter touch lingers into a seco sweet no-cloying finish. Light body. Soft carbonation. Texture is oily. Palate is smooth. Gentle citric astringency in the middle. Slight citric aftertaste. Delightful & easy drinkable. Unforgetable lager, highly above regular average.
