Huge pop as the cap came off. Poured a light copper with way to much head and carbonation. The head was nice, creamy and rocky but I had to scoop it out with a spoon to drink this. The head would not disappate! As I drank it down it did leave huge chunks of lace.
Smells yeasty with some caramel, malt and a mild skunky aroma.
Sweet, thin grainy malt taste. Mild hop flavor and perhaps a bit of fruit.
Thin to medium bodied with a stinging mouthfeel due to the excessive carbonation.
Pretty weak ESB. Wouldn't buy or drink another.

Light amber color. Small head. Aroma is malty, bready and sweet. A medium bodied ESB. Malts are fairly upfront, nutty and fruity. Hops are bitter and a touch floral and citrusy. Mild flavored. Somewhat overbalanced towards the malts, and there is a strange flavor that detracts from the taste a bit. Not very bitter for an ESB. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is slightly bitter.
