On draft at Trails End in Snohomish, WA.
WOW, what an unexpected delight! Dark, murky brown in color with a medium bodied cream colored head. The nose is full of ripe raspberries, barnyard, and acidic notes. Flavor follows suit with tart raspberries leading the charge and lingering for a moment before waves of lactic sourness wipes the palate clean. Incredibly good sour.
