I had this beer on-tap in a tulip at the brewery.
Appearance: medium gold with a dash of haze and a thin layer of ivory foam leaving a nice lace.
Smell: nicely sour with just a hint of fruitiness and funk. I like it.
Taste: bright and puckering lay sour, there's a tiny dash of funk and an almost lemony fruitiness that are just outstanding.
Mouthfeel: medium body with a moderate carbonation and decent creaminess.
Overall: very tasty and quaffable, I could drink quite a lot of this.
