On tap on a harbor cruise through Argosy Cruises in Seattle, WA.
This pours a thick looking dark black, with a small fluffy head, and lots of lacing.
This smells like lactose, with chocolate, and slight roast.
The body on this is quite weird and really affects the flavor profile. It's simultaneously thick and fluffy but also thin and insubstantial. There's lots of lactose, with very light chocolate and roast.
This is kind of weird but not altogether unenjoyable.

Bottle from Lep Ro Kan market in Moses Lake. Dark brown/black pour, initial giant beige head. Aroma is toast malts and milk chocolate. Taste is sweet and mildly bitter, more chocolate. Body seems a tad watery, but pretty tasty stuff.

On tap at the Schooner Exact tasting room in Seattle. Rainy Saturday afternoon, with brunch.
Color/Look: Dark brown to black
Smell: not a lot of aroma, toasted grains
Taste: taste of dark chocolate/cacao, cofffee
As the beer gets warmer, smell and taste comes out
