A: Poured a nice glowing but deep golden color, a little bit of haze with good carbonation leaving a nice white cap, some bubbles and lacing that clings to the glass
S: Nice aroms; floral and citrus hops with a light melon and biscuit grain note
T: Refreshing. A nice floral, citrus bouquet meets the palate upfront with a nice grains and light biscuit. A nice sweetness with a light grassy and herbal note on the finish coupled with a nice but lighter hop bite. A clean, tasty beer, darn near sessionable for me. Booze s well hidden.
M: Light to medium body, plenty of flavor, body is on target, well carbonated
O: Probably one of my favorite Schooner E beers and one of the best of the bunch since, much better than standards. It seems to me that when Schooner E does somethign special they kill it! Imperial Projects and more.
