Served in tulip. Poured a clean, clear reddish brown color, with about 1/2 inch of tan head that had moderate retention and light lacing.
The aroma was mostly mild grain, with a very low-key and mild sour component. Same story on the tongue, mostly a soft malt taste, with a light sourness. Really, I wouldn't even call it sour, more like nicely tart.
The body was a decent medium, with a dry finish. Drinkability was very good, the beer went down smoothly and quickly. Overall, A nice little beer. Probably not sour enough for the sourheads, but probably a good introductory sour.

on-tap @ the brewery
Served in a half pint - brown ale, funked out and aged in wine barrels. Very tart - a touch metallic on the finish. No fruit used, though they have a ton of fruit varietals in barrels at the moment. Barrel comes through nicely - not overly refined, but tart as hell and a sign of things to come in SoDo
