Pale golden brew with plenty of foam in the Tuborg Pilsner glass. Nice grainy scent with a whiff of dry grass. Lively, refreshing mouthfeel. Tastes of cereal with a bit of green herb. Overall this is a highly drinkable and well-made light beer. It doesn't taste "light," it is just modest in flavors but satisfying in every way. With less overload of hops it's easier to appreciate the various tastes that go into a beer. Yes, I'm going to have an ESB next, but this is a pleasure to start with. From the 16 oz can purchased at Elizabeth Station. Dated 03/04/25.

Poured from 16oz can into a dimpled mug. Canned 6/27/24.
Appearance: pale straw hue with a clear body and a finger of frothy eggshell foam. Seems legit!
Smell: grainy and a bit astringent with a rather light character. Not bad for the style.
Taste: quite light, with a grainy and lightly sweet character. Certainly not a complex beer, but for the style, not too bad.
Mouthfeel: light body with a big carbonation and a surprisingly decent creaminess.
Overall: for the style, this is not a bad beer at all. Not innovative at all, but very well-made it seems to me.
