This is the brew master’s favorite is designed to please the most avid craft beer drinker. A lot of time and effort goes into making this beer. German malts, Czech hops and special lager yeast are used to make this as authentic as possible. Our water is engineered to be as close to the water used in the Czech Republic as possible. The beer is then lagered for one month for all flavors to come together.

Transparent straw color. Descent head on the pour but performs a rapid and complete vanishing act, leaving not a trace behind.
Floral, fruity and grassy notes in the nose.
Flavor is more fruity than many other pilsners with lemon zest and mango. Malt is mellow and smooth with bready tones. Quick snap of fresh grassy hop bitterness. Well balanced.
Light to medium bodied and crisp. Just a tad undercarbonated.
Solid pilsner. Glad to see a relatively new brewery come out with a good example of a style which seems to be lost in a world of craft ale brewers.

A: Pours a slightly hazy golden color with a nice head and bits of lacing.
S: Aroma of citrus, fresh grain and hint of sweetness.
T: Taste of caramel sweetness, some citrus and touch of honey. Mild bitterness and a dry finish.
F: Fairly light body. crisp, smooth and refreshing.
O: Easy drinker, nice take on a Czech Pils. Another good beer from a small regional brewer.

12 oz bottle.
It pours a hazed gold with a foamy bright white head.
The smell is okay. Yeast, pleasant bready malts, and a hint of noble hops.
The flavor is decent. It is too sweet for the style but overall it is pleasant.
This is one of the closer pilseners to the Czech variety you will find brewed in the US.

Poured into a Blue Moon glass, and the beer makes a decent appearance with a nice fluffy bright white crown of foam. The body is mildly hazy and golden colored.
The aroma is of fresh cut straw, witha strong metallic quality. Throw in some hints of tobacco too.
Taste wise, it seems pretty in synch with the aroma.
Feels light in body, mildly carbonated, and leaves the palate refreshed.
