On tap at Upright last night. A mildly hazy light yellow with a dense, white head that falls off rapidly. The nose is great. Refined and subtle with a blend of stone fruit, white grapes, a nice Brett expression with mild, grassy funk, a little white pepper and a touch of saison yeast. The palate opens crisp and moderately sour with lactic acid, a little bit of orange juice, moderately fruity with the blend of stone fruit and grapes really excellent. Moderate botanical character as well. Drying and lactic on the finish with a touch of spice. Excellent stuff.
