I had this beer on-tap in a big taster glass at Oregon Brewers Festival.
Appearance: rich orange hue with a very, very light haze and a light effervescence. Pretty nice, although a bit more orangey than a lot of saisons I've had.
Smell: kind of a rich funkiness at first, developing a rich malt character underneath. Not deeply complex, but nice.
Taste: rich and grassy classic saison character. It's malty, grassy and funky; everything I want out of a farmhouse ale. Good stuff.
Mouthfeel: medium body with an alright carbonation and an OK creaminess.
Overall: a decent saison; not out of this world but it gets the job done.
