On tap at Upright.
Clear yellow with a thin white head that leaves little lacing. The nose is fresh, snappy, beautifully floral with a delicate blend of lemon, mint, lavender. Delicate clove, moderately rustic, bubblegum, just wonderful.
The palate opens with a blend of citrus, straw, earth, a little mint, cotton candy and a robust bitterness, earthy and minty. Honey appears on the mid palate. Drying and earthy on the finish with lemony and mildly minty bitterness, there's a wheaty, mildly grist like tannin character as well. Excellent.
