On tap at the brewery.
I suspect that this is going to be a "love it or hate it" beer. I thought it was outstanding, thus my rating. My son-in-law didn't like it as much and his rating sheet reflected a 3.5- rating.
Notes from Brewery: "A unique beer blending a young and vibrant well hopped saison with a cask of barrel aged Rose, a one-off from earlier this year using rose petals and aged in a pinot noir barrel through the summer. The resulting beer has an aromatic character similiar to the vermouth of Asti, Italy, complimented by earthy brettanomyces flavors."
Above says it all. This is a floral, earthy, funky and flavorful brew of lots of complex layers and tones. I got earthy floral plums with a vermouth tone. Worth trying it. I liked it.

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
