Collaboration with Foreign Objects
Movement 001 was brewed in collaboration with Steve D’Eva of Foreign Objects Beer. The beer combines a grist of Skagit Valley malt and Oregon triticale with whole leaf columbia and a large addition of loral hops, both lending a pleasant herbal lemon character that goes well with a delicate cucumber note found in the malt. An ultra dry finish full of minerality makes the Movement 001 akin some very inspirational well hopped rustic French ales. 5.7%

Crowler from Bailey's.
A clear light orange with a large, white head with excellent retention and lacing, this looks great. The nose is very nice. Soft and lightly doughy, a mild honey note, a nice lemony brightness are paired with a delicate, melony sweetness, a soft spice note and a little bit of bread. A light clove note, a little white pepper, grains of paradise and strawberry leaf are present. Wonderfully balanced. The palate isn't as great as the nose. Opening with a blend of mild, earthy bitterness (from the hops), a light lemon flavor and a raw, grainy note, this is a rather rustic saison. This is followed by a blend of light honey, clove and pepper. There's a deep yeast expression, well-rounded with floral and spice notes, along with a light, bready French Biere de Garde-like character. Drying on the finish, grainy with a moderate bitterness, this beer is light in body and moderately carbonated. An excellent saison
