Illusionist Lager hides away from traditional styles, combining a wheat based grist with vic secret, cascade, huell melon, and mt.hood hops. Our house lager yeast makes all the rough edges disappear, leaving a hop forward brew of impossible smoothness.

Straw yellow with a dense white head with good retention and lacing. On the nose, this opens with crisp clean hops, fruity and continental with lemon peel, citrus. There is also wheat, grain in this remarkably clean lager. Palate opens clean and crisp with firm bitterness, lemon peel, mint, earth, citrus. Clean and smooth. Softly carbonated. Long bitter finish with wheat.
