Foolish Farmhouse is a session style brew inspired by a favorite from Brussels, using a simple grist of pils and wheat with plenty of willamette and saaz hops. A very warm open fermentation makes this beer flavorful and rustic, threading its ingredients with our house yeast blend seamlessly.

On tap at the brewery.
Straw yellow with a thin white head that falls off rapidly leaving little lacing. The nose is pure saison joy. Bright, spicy, fruity, grainy with a light lemony Saaz hop note, this is exquisite. Fruit, bubblegum, light clove and peppercorn, straw and grain. Jasmine. The palate opens with a blend of bitter hops, lemon, earth, mint, a touch of earthy spice, grains of paradise, mild clove and honey. Grain and straw are noticeable on the mid palate. Drying, bitter, grainy on the finish, this beer is for people who miss Four. Excellent. Light in body, softly carbonated
