Finished in their Foeders with a little Brett, this beer is a variant of the regular Saison Vert. A clear light yellow with a dense, white head with excellent retention and lacing this looks great. To nose is brilliant. Soft, delicate, firm, bright with lime, a little Brett, grass and hay, a touch of lemony hops to pair with the black lime, this is brilliant. The high carbonation lends a mineral note to the beer as well. Dusty and mildly earthy. Awesome. The palate opens crisp and bright, delicate and deep with lemon, fermented limes, a little hard and straw and a mild clove and white pepper note. The mid palate has the Brett expression a little more prominent, with the clove and straw playing off each other particularly well. Drying, crisp and mineraly on the finish, this is quenching and particularly refreshing. Excellent.
