On tap at Upright tasting room 7.3.2010.

A version of Upright standard (and my favorite) Seven, with a European Ale Yeast used in place of the house yeast. Deep gold clear body, one finger white head, fairly quick dissipation, minimal lacing, with no visible carbonation. Taste is close to Seven, though a bit sweeter, fruity, pears, peaches. Mouthfeel is medium, sticky, with a fairly dry and clean finish, and not overtly effervescent, though not as dry a finish as the regular Seven. Quite drinkable, and the fruity profile may make this a bit more accessible than the regular Seven to those new to the style. This was a very small batch, hope Alex tries to replicate this with a bit more carbonation.
