just absolutely absurd beer, one of those beers that makes a man happy to be alive, like, thankful for my wife and my dog and my house and my garden and my experiences, even as i sit here and drink this alone in a hotel room, its heartwarming in a way that the flavors and texture alone do not make happen, its so pure and so weird and so perfect, i could desert island this right now, almost want to, love love love love love it! these guys never get the attention they deserve, its sad. they call this industrial saison, and the name fits, but it makes no sense, what even is that? perhaps rustic in the sense there are many grains? i dont know, the label doesnt say. perhaps the brett, this is brux forward to me, but i could be wrong, some saison esters too, but its also fruit, peaches and dried apricots, rose wine when its natural and old and strange, oak but also steel, bitter in a way that makes me salivate which doesnt even make sense, and peppy in a way that makes me want to go running or something in terms of mouthfeel, obviously bottle conditioned, tiny bubbles in suspension, life. musty and just a little tart, hints of cooked orange, marmalade, cedar wood, vinyl flooring, sprite soda, and grapefruit. a little more malty than a lot of them they do, but it seems to be needed, integral, even if i cant quite call out why, its not body, its not sweet or richness, its just holistic and right. its so magic, these guys own, what the heck?! need this as a daily, as good as it gets, complexity to the dome!

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
