On tap at Upright and then again out of a growler at home.
Light orange with a dense white head with great retention and nice lacing. The nose is bright with earthy and floral hops with saison yeast and a mild hoppy, grapefruit-like pith. Honey and cotton candy are present, along with a really deep wet hop character. The palate opens mildly bitter with earth, floral hops, wet hop twigs, lemon and a blend of grain, honey and cotton candy. Bitter on the finish, this is dry and has a refreshing carbonation. Floral hops linger on the finish. Yummy
