On tap at the brewery in a pint glass.
L---Dark yellow with a slight haze to it. Nice white head with decent retention and minimal lacing.
S---Citrus, mostly. The lime and lemon are as advertised. A little bit of maltiness is there as well.
T---Very nice. The lemon and lime (especially the lime) are prominent, but there is some malt there to balance it out well.
F---Medium with very good carbonation. A bit of tartness. Quenching and refreshing.
O---A good beer. One for a hot day. Not an all day drinker for me, but one every now and then would work well.

Surprisingly tasty and refreshing IPA. Great drinkability. Hops come out nicely with clear but well integrated lemon. Would grab one of these any time on a summer day. Refreshing.

I am a bit behind my local, in-person trader, tone77, in reviewing this beer, but such is the nature of The Bottle Backlog here at Chez Woody. I have managed to nearly eradicate it so that things are progressing more quickly & smoothly than in the past. More power to him!
From the bottle: "Ale with natural lemon and lime flavors".
I Pop!ped the cap and began a slow, gentle pour since that is what I have taught myself to do over the past year. Once decanted, I gave it an in-glass swirl that horrifyingly brought head right up to the lip of the glass before stopping! It settled in at three-plus fingers of dense, foamy, rocky, eggshell-white head with decent retention that left some great lacing in its wake. Color was an oh-so-slightly-hazy Amber (SRM = > 7, < 9). Nose was more towards lime than lemon, underlain with a toasty biscuit maltiness. Mouthfeel was marginally medium, but kind of light for the AIPA style. The taste was not precisely pronounced in terms of the lime, but it certainly outweighed the lemon. I liked the way that the biscuity maltiness kind of laid under the citrusiness and kept it a rather dry beverage. Finish was dry and refreshing & would be a welcome beer on a hot, humid summer's day.

Evolution Craft Brewing Co. "Hops Lemon IPA"
12 fl. oz. brown bottle, "BOTTLED ON 06/16/17..." and sampled on 08/27/17
$2 @ Weis, Conshohocken, PA
Look: Slightly hazy dark amber body with visible sediment in suspension beneath a finger thick head of rocky off-white that holds quite well and leaves some very nice lacing behind.
Smell: Citrusy with lemon zest over a lightly caramelish and toasty malt base.
Taste: Much fuller than the aroma suggests, and loaded with lime and lemon - although it is a bit artificial tasting. First you get some sweetish and toasty/lightly caramelish malt, then the lime cuts through it, then the malt returns, and finally it's back to residual lime in the lingering finish. Solidly bitter. Mainly dry finish with a presence of alcohol.
Feel: Medium bodied with a dextrinous feel and gently crisp carbonation.
Overall: Interesting. Quirky. The lime is curious, and initially keeps you coming back for more, but it's charm wears by the last half. It's a little odd, and perhaps gimmicky. Drinkability for this one is highly dependent on the individual imbiber.

12oz brown bottle, sample from the brewery.
Mildly hazed orangey amber hue, decent lacing on top. Limon character is at a perfect level in the nose and on the palate. Hoppy and bitter enough to keep my palate thinking its an IPA. Lots of zest, rind, and pith flavor. Kiss of warming alcohol and a smooth finish. Balanced with some pronounced flavors that do well together. All in all a good IPA with a slightly different character than most, refreshing and worth hunting some down.
