On tap at the McCall pub on Saturday.... Hazy light straw golden... short lived white head... pretty hazy even for a witbier.
Citrus and little in the way of Belgian anything... lightly spicy with something that reminds me of cardamom and black pepper, I guess this is grains of paradise... doughy wheaty note is thick and unbalanced.
Body is a bit thick for the style, but the flavor is thin and sorta all over the place. Needs quite a bit of work IMO.
