This single hop, heavy on the dry hop, light bodied session IPA allows us all a chance to really explore Mosaic hops characteristics. Mosaics are known for their big tropical fruit aroma and flavor profile

On-tap at the brewery. Golden pour with light-to-moderate haze and minimal head. Lovely tropical hop characteristics, I wasn't aware it was single-hopped with Mosaic at the time, but there is a good amount of tropical fruit with some grassy floral character and citrus peel as well. Drinks bigger than a 4.5% brew, pretty impressive from that perspective. Overall, good stuff.
