On tap at Bitter Creek... Pours a hazed dark amber.... good tannish head has great retention and lacing.
The brew smells pretty darn good.... thick malt profile has plenty of caramel and toasty notes...
Flavor begins with a good bitter hop bite ... quickly gives way to a well balanced maltiness ... leaning heavier to the caramel side of things with a light bit of toffee... again a dark dry toasty essence... yummy... hints of what I guess as floral hops mid palate... I am also getting a light cherry ester note.
Great medum/full body... This brew is very well done.... I am impressed.
