From the 12 fl. oz. can with no noticeable date. Sampled on June 2, 2018.
It pours the traditional nearly opaque light amber-yellow with a quick lasting fizzy white head. Little to no lacing.
A pleasant array of aromas includes clove, coriander, lemongrass, wheat, toasted bread, and a citrus zing.
Smooth generally medium mouthfeel.
The taste is what I expect from a witbier with the same forward herbal/spicy bite, a breaded and wheat sweetness, and a clean refreshing finale. Easy drinking.

A hazy gold color with a quickly dissipating white head.
Grassy and earthy aroma. A little fruit.
Grapes, a little spice for taste. Subdued.
A nice-enough beer.

12 oz can
A slight haze to the yellow-golden liquid with white highlights. A fine white froth tops it off, rises high, falls fast to a thin layer of decent coverage. Minor lacing holding true.
The nose is full of musty wheat, sour greens, a semi-Belgian like yeast funk, like cheddar cheese and fermented white grapes. Herbs and spices mixed in to the musty wheat. Rather robust earthiness.
A very light and crispy bite at first, wheat malt and tangy herbs, spice and a sour, white grape and corn style yeast funk under that. A light and refreshing approach and body. A hint of malty slickness rides in late.
Not a bad Americanized version of a Belgian witt. The lack of any authentic or interesting yeast flavor's makes it just another American Wheat. This will pair very well with a heady cheese plate and apples.
