Served on tap in a pint glass
Appearance - The beer is served a lightly hazed amber- light orange color with a small head of foam. The head fades fast, leaving a touch of lace on the sides of the glass.
Smell- The aroma is strongest of a wheat bread and blood orange smell mixed with a touch of caramel and hay
Taste - The taste begins with a very wheat bready and drier blood orange flavor. There is also some lemon and a touch of herb and coriander. As the taste advances, the light sweetness of the orange fades more and some light hay and grass join in leaving one with a drier orange wheat taste to linger on the tongue.
Mouthfeel - The body is light with a lower carbonation. A higher carbo may have been better for the style, but overall OK.
Overall - A decent lower abv wheat orange beer.
