On-tap at the brewpub.
Pours a hazy blood-orange color with a 1.5-finger off-white head. The head recedes into a patchy layer on top leaving thick lacing.
Smells largely of medium fruits - both sweet and tart. Oranges mostly with red cherries and hints of pear. There's also an earthy and leafy hop character with very small amounts of funk.
Tastes very good. As with the aroma the flavor profile holds tons of fruit flavors. Mildy tart oranges with rich red cherries and very mild overripe pear flavors up front. A nice earthiness subdues the fruit flavors midway through the sip accentuating the tartness and letting a bit of funk creep out. The ending is crisp and mildly tart.
Mouthfeel is good. It's got a smooth thickness with grainy carbonation.
Drinkability is very good. I finished my glass quickly and could have a few more.
Overall I thought this was a very good and noteworthy beer. I really can't think of another beer that is similar in flavor profile, maybe Fantome Printemps with more fruit character. Well worth a shot.

Appearance: Served up an opaque, rustic orange body with a thin, white head.
Smell: Very aromatic, with a melange of fruits striking the nose first, bringing about scents of orchard fruits and later fresh citrus peels. There's some spice, there's even some bubble gum. Ultimately, it gives the impression of boutique hair care products. Also, there are some lighter malts and even wafts of higher alcohols tucked into the bouquet.
Taste: Sweet-tasting barley rounded out with lighter touches of pilsner and wheat malt and dusted with a fine layer confectioner's sugar. It's a particularly fruity brew, with true tastes of Bartlett Pears, Golden Delicious Apples, and DeKuyper Peach Schnapps passing by the taste buds. A modest hint of bubblegum comes and goes. Very nominal hop presence and bitterness. Upon slight warming, a citrus character arrives, bringing a taste of Valencia Orange juice. Moderate amount of spice character. A few flecks of sweet toffee on the back half. Finishes quite fruity and ever so warming.
Mouthfeel: Medium-plus body. Medium carbonation.
Drinkability: Certainly, the Cinq Saison is a saison positively brimming with character and charm. Clocking in nearly at 10% alcohol, it's no slouch either, with the warming alcohol aspect felt throughout, but I found myself far too preoccupied by the rich complexities to be bothered by it.
