Appearance: Served up a heavily clouded (though this is, most likely, a later pour from the cask), dark gold body with thin, though creamy-looking, whitish head.
Smell: Aromatic citrus peels incorporating plenty of bitterish pith as well as many a scent of resin and dried grasses. Hints of pale malts are shoved far in the back of the aroma.
Taste: Opens with light pale malts and hints of treacle and maybe even almond sugar. Slight grainy breadiness about it. Strong, sharp hop tastes of pineapple, lemon, and grapefruit. Staunchly pithy, grassy, and earthy. Moderate bitterness. Finishes dry and longly bitter with touches of pepper and even more pith in the aftertaste.
Mouthfeel: Given the impression of a hair above medium-bodied from the very light carbonation and suspended yeast from the cask. Low carbonation.
Drinkability: It's no slouch, Hamp. An IPA with plenty of hop character from top to bottom.

On-tap at the brewpub.
Pours a very hazy copper color with a one-finger cream-colored head. The head recedes into a wispy layer on top leaving solid lacing.
Smells of bright citrus and tropical fruit hop aromas, backed by mild caramel malts with hints of breadiness.
Tastes similar to how it smells although the hops aren't quite as intense. A combination of pale and sweeter caramel malt flavors kick things off, leaving room for solid amounts of citrus and slightly herbal hop flavors to come into play shortly thereafter. Near the end of the sip mild amounts of bread flavors enter into things and the hop flavors turn slightly pine-y before a solidly bitter ending.
Mouthfeel is very good. It's got a smooth thickness with soft carbonation.
Drinkability is also very good. I finished my glass quickly and could have a few more with no problem.
Overall I was a fan of this beer, nicely hopped but with a malt backbone holding everything up. Well worth a shot.

Pours a nearly opaque honey golden with an OK whitish head. Strong aroma is hoppy, evergreen and just a little fruity with a hint of sweetness. Seriously hoppy flavor is quite evergreen and pleasantly bitter with a firm undertone of grapefruit. Texture is smooth and quite edgy, leaving a hoppy and grapefruity finish.
