A- Golden honey color, bright, opaque. Very sparse white lacing. Served in a tulip and looks great.
S- Smells like cider (apple) with a little saison funk.
T- ~ really like this. Apply but with more bitterness than a cider. Very refreshing and well balanced and has perfect amount of carbonation.
M- Crisp, butter, sticks around a bit but not too much.
D- great summer beer!

On-tap at the brewpub - brewed by brewmaster Crawford with the assistance of Atlanta's own Bob Townsend.

Pours a hazy golden color with a one-finger white head. The head recedes into a wispy layer on top leaving solid lacing.

Smells of light green apples with good amounts of light malt and grassy aromas. Also present are hints of syrupy pears that fade in and out.

Tastes similar to how it smells. Crisp light malt flavors kick things off and are joined quickly by watered-down green apple flavors. Midway through the sip mildly earthy and grassy hop flavors make an appearance. Sweeter green apple flavors with hints of pears take back over and carry through to a crisp and mildly bitter ending.

Mouthfeel is good. It's got a nice thickness with moderate carbonation.

Drinkability is also good. I finished my glass with no problems and could have another.

Overall I thought this was a nice and crisp beer for the warmer weather but it didn't have any attributes that made it exceptional. Certainly worth a shot.
