House of Louis
A: Opaque copper colored pour into tulip glass. Healthy lace with thin white head.
S: Aromas of Pinot noir, oak , and yeast make their presence known.
T: Flavors of grass, grain and grapes are somewhat overpowered by red wine presence and its ethanol content. A slightly tart finish.
M: Medium mouthfeel with mild carbonation.
O: Enjoyable but a bit heavy on the back end with a wallop of the Van Duzer barrelled Pinot Noir presence.
